How do I cancel my TotalAV subscription?+

Log in to your TotalAV account at my.totalav.com, go to My Subscriptions, and click Cancel. Alternatively, contact TotalAV support directly. You have 14 days from purchase for a full refund.

I was charged but didn't expect to be — what do I do?+

Most charges are auto-renewals from a trial or annual subscription. Contact the provider directly — TotalAV, NordVPN, or whichever product you purchased through. They can explain the charge and process refunds according to their policy.

Can AdsBlocks process a refund for me?+

No. We are an independent review site and are not a party to any subscription. Refunds must be requested directly from the product vendor.
